Not being nosey, just seeing what kind of prices everyone is getting.

In California for the teryx 5 h2 deluxe es or whatever they call it. 45 OTD

Mine in NC was 42300 OTD and that included a street legal kit and DMV fees for it

We found 3 base models in Illinois, and Kansas for 37 to 38 OTD. That included freight, prep, doc fee and sales tax.

I never knew trying to spend 40 grand would be so difficult.
Dealer in town is highest price and wants the other quotes I got in writing.
Looking at the Deluxe.
I say OTD includes all fees and taxes.
Local, $48,900 OTD
$44,495 OTD
$46.762 OTD

Got a new one for the Deluxe.
Haven't confirmed it. Only a phone call
$45,300 OTD.
Still amazed how the local dealer only a mile from me is so hard to deal with.
They finally matched the next highest price and wanted me to come in and pay for it lol

It’s so weird as this H2 is designed for the West coast open desert, yet it seems more mid west people are buying it thinking it’s going to do what the KRX does best in the rocks trees and mountain trails. Then I noticed no dealers are doing deals out on the west coast. In fact some try to add dealer mark up fees. Total BS.

But if you start looking in the Mid West you can find deals on the H2. Maybe because they are selling more? Maybe because they were forced to take cars and they can’t sell them? I Don’t know? But here is one in Kentucky. It’s a base model for $33K that’s a very good deal! I have not checked to see if there are any hidden charges?

I've seen similar sales here in AZ. One is the same business that I have been working with on the H2. Kawasaki lets them subtract a $5000 trade in off the msrp.
I was offered $5000 for my trade and kawasaki adds $2500 on top of that.
They said it's legal to advertise like that even though it's not really on sale.

Problem is the deals Kawi is offering is on trade ins. What if you have nothing to trade in? What if your keeping what you have, or never had a UTV, or know you can get allot more then the few grand the dealer is offering on top of the few grand Kawi is offering. You will always do better selling private party vs what a dealer will offer, and that dealer will really low ball it, knowing your getting a manufacturer trade in rebate.

If they want to attract buyers Kawasaki needs to do what Polaris & Can Am do with offering a rebate or low financing. If the dealer is looking for used trade ins, let that be at the dealer level, not at a manufacturer level. It’s not like Kawasaki is doing something with the trade ins.

Also I think Kawasaki has to figure out how to lower the destination charges. $2400 is way too high and then they put it on the dealers to lower in negotiations, which is harder on the dealers.

I also think the Kawi H2 is priced too high right now with the known issues, lack of track record in the category and with the competitions offerings. I get they can’t go back and lower the MSRP as that would look bad, but if they could have come in with an intro price of $34,999 for the base and kept the top trim right at $39,999. The perception of being under $40K would be very attractive to those new buyers, or to get other brand loyal buyers to look at it. Then once proven in the market, and as interest & demand has increased, you can come back the following year and offer new colors & graphics, and increase the price $1500-$2000.

Now that I sold my rzr I'm in the driver's seat. Amazes me the price difference between dealers.
Even when I tried trading in there was $500 diff and they both used the same program. Then they say I can do the $500 more.
Over $4000 diff between a few dealers in the OTD price. I showed the price to one dealer and he said they will be losing $200 on that deal. I seriously doubt that.
I've called I69 powersports in TN and they give you a quote over the phone and sometimes $10,000 less than my local dealer. Dealer says they can't touch that price and yet I69 is making money on the deals they have.
I'm waiting for a rebate on the H2 or a 2027 model.

I bought mine from Cal Coast Motorsports in Ventura, CA. They knocked money off the MSRP without me even asking. The sales guy and the entire staff were a no B.S. and no pressure approach. It was one of the more pleasant buying experiences. Did most of the transaction via text and when I was serious about getting I showed up in person to meet the sales guy and let them know it was time to finalize the deal.

Other local dealers were not as responsive and did not seem like they were in any hurry to make a deal.

The killer is the sales tax when you are purchasing a vehicle in this price range.
