    Just a update on the new inner sheave.. its working good at keeping the temperature in check. I can push the h2 as hard as i want now. Im having no problems at all. Worth the upgrade.

    Another thing to consider, is the sheave diameter is much larger. I first thought I had the wrong sheave, but realized the bigger sheave has bigger fan blades.. its as big as you can get without hitting the inner housing. The belt just doesn't ride to the top. I can say it moves alot of air now...

    Its not to bad.. 30 min tops. Evo sells the tool needed to hold and disassemble.. You will need a torque wrench up to 130 ft lbs. One big socket 1 9/16. And a torch. And of course loctite.

    RCOR sells a roll over valve. Its a two way valve. It allows air in and out. I dont think the H2 has a way to vent, so this fixes the high pressure problem. It stops fuel in a roll over. Krx has same issue.

    Yes, mine did this. After following the fuel tank vent lines I found that the tank doesn't vent. The valve let's air in but not out. Google Krx fuel venting problem, and you will see this is a issue on Krx and the H2. Good news that its a easy fix. RCOR sells a great roll over valve for this...

    I removed the restrictive plate behind the primary to help move more air with the RPM fan. It makes a difference on the amount of air moving through the cvt box. I am having good results with the rpm fan, green spring, 4 washers on each roller bolts, and number 1 clickers. 3 on the clickers run...
