Read on UTV OffRoad Magazine’s 2500 mile review of their H2. They has an axle pop loose and nick the seal causing a leak. Apparently the fix was a new seal and Kawasaki has an updated thicker axle clip that supposedly fixes the issue.

Well we knew it was coming. Was it identical to the letter I posted? Any more info sent with it?

On the proposed customer letter I posted it has a phone number on it. I’d call and find out what’s going on. Tell them you know there’s a stop sale, and you have seen a proposed letter to customers, but you have not received anything official and you don’t know what’s going on.

Makes you wonder how these cars are really tested. IMO you need the average Joe driving them as they are the ones who find the short comings. Speed UTV was the same way, but that was because their test and preproduction parts were more superior to the production parts subbed out to contract...

I don’t know if there is any validity to this. But it was mentioned it could be the engine harmonics and the way the Super Charger is driven off the crankshaft that’s causing some of the clutch issues. It’s my understanding the SC is gear driven off the crankshaft and so is the primarily clutch...

Just realized that Kawasaki is only releasing the gray in the base model and 5 seat deluxe model. For some reason unknown to me it looks as if the 4 seat deluxe model was skipped and will only be offered in green still. How stupid is that!

Looks good. I thought I was told the bealock rings were to be red too. I wonder if the cars that show up on dealer floors will have red or black rings?

Yeah if it’s just RH & LH threads, then it’s no big deal and I’d just buy RH thread axles.

Well I hope it was just a fluke. I’m sure Kawasaki will take care of you. So far it sounds like they have been taking care of the others very well.

Welcome to the forum. Bummer, sorry to hear. I think this is the first time hearing this about the Super Charger failing. How many miles do you have on it.
