So, I’ve noticed the OEM accessory busbar battery (middle) terminal is fed by a W/R conductor that appears to be a 20AWG.

And a lot of the aftermarket accessory vendor’s instructions connect to the battery terminal.

I’m concerned about overloading that conductor, so I ordered (3) Eaton two-post busbars and plan to split the three OEM terminals onto separate busbars. I’ll abandon the OEM W/R batt conductor and run a 12AWG (or 10) conductor directly from the battery with an inline 30A fuse at the batt.

I would have (8) accessory & OEM conductors landing on the ignition terminal, at least four on the battery terminal, and (7) ground conductors on the ground terminal. Stacking all those ring terminals ain’t gonna work on the single OEM terminals.

I’m guessing a lot of those conductors are either relay triggers or switch lighting and don’t pull much. I’ve reached out to the various manufacturers to find out the function and draw for the various conductors. We’ll see if I get any responses.

I’ll post a pic when I get finished.
 
Mine all ended up working on the battery terminal. I might do a bus bar down the road. But for now everything is secure and fits well and runs to the three factory ignition switched busbar under the dash. For reference I have a winch, 2 lightbars, 4 pod lights, rugged radio, helmet pumpers, subwoofer and 5150 whips. Everything is factory Kawasaki parts except the whips and rugged radio com and pumper. We did have to add a aftermarket plate in order for all the switches to fit.

What's good about being ignition powered is there are zero parasitic power draws when the unit is setting.

I wired my Rugged Radio to the battery and my XL80 lights to the bus bar to the terminal that is connected to the battery. I like to be able to turn on stuff without having the key to accessory.

I do not think the accessory post on the bus bar will handle a lot of accessories as the wire gauge is pretty small.
 
Yeah, so far I’ve got <15A for the aux fuel tank power & 9-10A (max) for the Bent Metal wiper motor. BM installs a 5A fuse (normal draw of 3A), but assured me a 10A fuse would be fine should I get into ‘heavy mud’ and. need the wiper. LOL - not happening around here.

Cameras, chase & light bar (Baja Designs), and 5150 whips will run through the SSVWorks Sierra6 switcher.

Both the Sierra6 & Tango2 turn signals draw milliamps from the battery terminal (slight parasitic draw).

The Axon winch wire is probably a relay trigger since the winch is wired direct (through a Blue Sea marine switch though) to the battery.

And PCI highly recommends a direct battery connection as well.

I’ll still run a separate bus for the battery connections.

BTW, all of the vendors have been great about getting back to me with info. But a special shoutout to SSVWorks/SwitchWorks - they have been over the top with responses and help with their systems. One of the best vendors I’ve ever dealt with! (No freebies, just good service).
