After doing some clutch testing yesterday I had a lot of oil in the skid plate and all over the engine / transmission, got it all degreased today and removed the clutches and enclosure and found the leak, all 9 of the bolts on the drive pulley shaft cover were loose, not just a little loose but not even finger tight, I torqued them all to spec (13 foot lbs / 156 inch lbs) and the leak seems to be fixed..
