Thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where people can post little updates to any add-ons, modifications, etc. that they've done to their Teryx H2 today. Think of it as almost a communal running diary.

So, what have you done or changed on your Teryx H2 today?

This forum is the slowest one I have ever seen. I am looking for a new one with more activity. Maybe once the two seater is out there wil be more action. Most people should be out of or almost out of no ride jail, that will help. 15 people have viewed this post and not one reply.

We are trying! I'm hoping the new 2 seater will bring in more members as well.

Not very exciting, but I took .30 thousandths off the inner base of my Tapp secondary sheaves today. This allows the clutch to close together more. Now the longer gboost belts will have correct deflection and increase gear reduction on take off.

That sounds pretty exciting to me! Let us know how that works out. Very interested. Good work

Me too!!

For myself I would take the easy way out and sent mine off to Cornell Customs. I figure since Steve does these day in day out he would know what I need.

This kind of reminds me of suspension tuning. You let the CVT tuner know the type of terrain and style of riding you do and then it's all ready to bolt on when you get it back.

Yes. I own a ceramic coating high end detailing company. Did it myself with a rubberized paint.
Nice, do you have a build thread for your car? I didn’t see one if you do. Looks like you have MTS on your car. Any reason you chose them over ST? I see MTS has new rear arms that takes some of the weird angles out of the back of the car to improve drivability. Never ran MTS, thanks.

It works great. The belt has very little deflection. The belt rides higher now and the sheaves are not touching when its closed with a evo badA belt. The Evo belt is a Worlds Best belt. WWB0047 part number. This helps the jerky slow start i was getting with a loose fitted belt. The gear reduction is not a huge change, but it helps.

Picked mine up today. Zero miles, KWI secondary with KWI overdrive cap and weights on new Kawi primary, stock and Pro R belts and a street legal kit. Wish it wasn’t over a hundred degrees today in Utah or I would have drove straight to the dunes.

Added the Pro Steel packout plate and tire rack. Going to add a box or more packouts to the tire rack. I mentioned in another tread, not much room for gear in this car.

Just installed this big boy!

Who did the machining?

Who did the machining?
I'm pretty sure he mentioned doing it himself:

I would be curious as to the math involved. I would send mine out to someone who does this for a living.
