KWI gives you a magnetic setup to hold the cover on however I did
Not feel it would be watertight so I chose to bolt mine on and seal it with silicone so it is watertightz

Off the subject but is it ok to take these through water crossings past the bottom of hub? I think I remember in the owners manual stating to not go any deeper than bottom of hub.
